| All orders that are in stock are shipped USPS OR FEDEX Ground Service unless otherwise requested. Shipping
time takes on average of 3 to 14 business days.
Due to the size of some products, some items will be shipped in over-sized cartons, which may result in higher
freight cost.
Shipping charges calculated on the web site are valid only for shipment within the United States.
Shipping to AK, HI, PR, & OTHER TERRITORIES & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS is extra charged.
Requests for expedited shipping within the U.S. and for all shipments outside the continental of
U.S.A will result in additional shipping surcharges.
Customs and taxes on international shipments are the recipient responsibility. The local customs office
could be contacted to get more information on rules and regulations. DHL and UPS shipping is available at additional cost.
Unless otherwise requested or required, we will either ship using FedEx or USPS ground service. Sometimes we
elect to use the UPS Service at our discretion. Should you purchase one of our heavy or large merchandise
that cannot be shipped via courier, we will advise you of alternative methods ie: trucking company, freight etc.
and get your confirmation before we proceed.
For the WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS, The actual shipping cost will be charged as quoted by the carrier, however, it will be automatically
capped at 19% of the order value should it exceeds such value. Items that require freight are charged the actual cost as quoted by the carrier without
a cap.
FREIGHT SERVICES & OVERSIZED SHIPPING (RETAIL & WHOLESALE)
"Oversizes" items will be charged a shipping fee as they require special handling. These items will be clearly
marked as such in their respective description. When an order requires the use of freight services, please
understand that the charge assessed only pays for door to door delivery and does not include in-house delivery
or setup. Should such services be required, please let us know so that we can quote you a price accordingly.
Our preferred freight company is FEDEX FREIGHT and we reserve the right to use alternative services at our
discretion.
Every item we sell has been hand-made using simple tools. Naturally, the item you receive may be slightly
different than that pictured. Sizes, tones and colors are subject to variations. If you have any questions
about a particular item, please feel free to email us.
If you are not completely satisfied with the item you have purchased please contact MedinaImport.com within 5 days
of purchase date via email or phone, prior to shipment back in original condition and packaging and we will give you a refund minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee. It is mandatory that you receive the authorization by contacting us before the item is sent back. We will not accept returns without prior authorization.
(Claims:)
We make sure to handle your product with care, but in the rare event that your shipment should arrive damaged,
you must contact us within 36 hours of purchase. You must retain the packaging for inspection by the shipping
company. Failure to comply with these requirements will void any claim you may present for damage. |
